Wellbeing Group for Men & Women
Thursdays: 1, 8, 15, 22nd February & 1st March 2018 – 10.00am – 11.45am
at BHT Mental Health & Wellbeing Service Second Floor, 27 – 29 North Street, Brighton, BN1 1EB

A 5 week group that aims to provide a safe space to support you to

  • understand your anxiety
  • recognise early signs of anxiety
  • find ways to reduce and cope with your anxiety
