Diabetes consultation and online survey
The NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NHS DPP) is helping people at high risk of developing Type 2 diabetes become healthier and avoid the condition.
It's the first national programme to do this. In March 2019, the programme will be renewed and they'd like to hear your views on plans to make it even more accessible.
