GP Patient Survey – now closed

Over the summer Healthwatch Brighton and Hove sought patient’s views regarding their GP practice and the service the practice provides. An impressive 1,486 people had responded to the GP patient survey when it closed earlier this month.

This is our most ambitious and comprehensive review of GP services across Brighton and Hove.  The results so far look to be of great significance in highlighting areas of strength and weakness in the service and giving insight into pathways for improvement.

Thank you to those of you who participated. We are now collating the results in preparation for producing reports on individual practices and a summary report based on the findings across all surgeries in Brighton and Hove.  We hope to have this finalised in the next couple of months.  So please look out for the results in our January newsletter.
