The Brighton and Hove “Big Health Conversation” is being launched on 4 July 2017 and we want you to join in and give us your views.
Brighton and Hove NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, Brighton & Hove City Council (Adult Social Care), Healthwatch Brighton and Hove and Community Works would like to invite you to discuss the future of local health and care in Brighton and Hove. This will be an opportunity for you to tell us what matters to you in health and social care, and to discuss how you can best work with us to ensure what we do is centred around working together with our key partners, patients, carers and the public.
Our local plans for health and care are part of the wider Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP), and there will be an opportunity to hear about latest STP developments and to discuss your views with us; this will be the start of an ongoing dialogue with local people on the STP.
This event builds on previous feedback we have had from our patients, carers and the public, and is the start of the new Brighton and Hove “Big Health Conversation”, which will take place throughout the rest of 2017. We want as many people as possible to join in the conversation to ensure that people’s views and experiences are heard, acted on, and help to shape the way health and care are planned and delivered now and in the future.
The event is being held at the Brighton Dome café on 4 July between 10 am and 1pm, on 4th July 2017.
The format of the event will be informal, which we hope will enable attendees to join conversations relating to their areas of interest.
Spaces for the event are limited, and must be booked in advance.
