Attached is the final report of the Big Health and Care Conversation.
The report details Brighton and Hove Clinical Commissioning Group’s (CCG) and Brighton and Hove City Council’s engagement over a 6 month period in 2017, where they asked local residents about their views and experiences of health and social care.
Also attached are two reports that formed part of the engagement:
- Right Here have developed a report of how the CCG worked with Right Here to engage with young people and ensure their voices were heard. You and Your NHS Case Study- Youth STP Engagement
- Community Works led a community project with Age UK, Sussex Interpreting Services, The Hangleton & Knoll Project, Trust for Developing Communities and Patient Participation Groups which enabled the CCG and Council to hear about the views and experiences of local communities.Community Researcher and the Big Health and Care Conversation Report Ja.._
The CCG and Council would like to thank everyone who has been involved in this engagement over the past six months, either through attending events, inviting them to come to groups, or sharing with your networks.
This is a snapshot of engagement over a few months, but builds on all the engagement carried out over a much longer period. The CCG and Council will be using these documents to ensure that health and social services are inclusive and meet the needs of our local communities.
