NHS 111 is a free phone and online service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It’s there to help when you need medical advice or support but it's not a life-threatening emergency.
NHS Sussex want to make sure NHS 111 works well for everyone. Your feedback will help them understand what’s working, what could be improved, and how they can make the service better for you and your community.
The survey takes just 5–10 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential, and every comment helps shape the future of NHS 111.
