On March 26th, we'll be in person at Jubilee Library, Brighton, ready to hear your feedback and listen to your experiences of health & care. Come and say hello, chat to our volunteer team, and make a difference by sharing and improving systems for everyone!

We have received confirmation of our funding for 2026/27, which will support our continued operation until March 2027 at least. We continue to operate as normal; we are here to listen to your experiences of using health and social care services and to speak up on your behalf. We will also keep you updated as the situation develops.

We help to improve health and social care services across the area by listening to people and using this feedback to influence those who design services. We are also completely independent of the NHS and Council. This new survey includes looking at ways we can help people to best use their local health and care services.

The more people share their ideas, experiences and concerns about NHS and social care, the more services can understand what works, what doesn't and what people want from care in the future.
