From 1st July POhWER is delivering the NHS Complaints Advocacy Service, providing free, independent advocacy for the people of Brighton and Hove as part of the Sussex Advocacy Partnership.

NHS Complaints Advocacy Service - POhWER

POhWER provides advocacy for the people of Brighton and Hove. They provide the information you need and the support of a specialist Advocate to help you make an effective complaint about your NHS care or treatment. We can help you to understand the options you have, the implication of each option and then support you to take the course of action you wish to take.

They provide their advocacy services as part of the Sussex Advocacy Partnership, working Mind in Brighton and Hove, MindOut, Brighton & Hove Speak Out, Sussex Interpreting Services and Impact Advocacy. They deliver a range of statutory and non-statutory advocacy services. All their services are free, independent and confidential.
