NHS Complaints Advocacy Service by The Advocacy People

The Advocacy People lead an advocacy partnership that offers:

  • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy for adults and young people (Sussex-wide)
  • Relevant Person’s Paid Representatives (Sussex-wide)
  • Independent Care Act Advocacy for adults, children & young people (B&H and West Sussex only)
  • Independent Mental Health Advocacy for adults, children & young people provided by Mind Brighton and Hove (B&H and West Sussex only)
  • Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (B&H only)
  • Non-Statutory Community Mental Health Advocacy for adults provided by Mind Brighton and Hove (B&H and West Sussex only)
  • Non-Statutory Community Advocacy for adults provided by The Advocacy People, Mind Brighton and Hove, Speak Out, MindOut, Trust for Developing Communities, Royal Association for the Deaf, and Switchboard (B&H only).
