About this event

Do you have muscle, bone or joint pain that has recently started or are you having a flare up? Come have a cuppa and a chat with a clinician.

Available every Wednesday, 1-4pm.

The Hangleton and Knoll Project (HKP) will have a clinician available to talk to about what you can do to feel better, and no need to book - these are drop-in sessions open to everyone experiencing muscle, bone or joint pain.

HKP is a community development and youthwork charity based in the west of Brighton and Hove. They work across the west of the city with a focus on the communities of Portslade, Mile Oak, Ingram, Hangleton and Knoll.
