Healthwatch in Sussex is how we describe joint work carried out by the three Healthwatch teams in Sussex: Brighton and Hove, East and West Sussex.

Impact has already been made through patient feedback at Healthwatch in Sussex deliberative engagement workshops, April - May 2023.

We spoke to local women and their partners about emotional support during the perinatal experience (pregnancy, birth and post-birth up to one year afterwards) and gave findings to Healthwatch England who called for national policy change.
