Share your views about the COVID-19 booster vaccination programme.

The COVID-19 booster vaccination programme is underway across Sussex and NHS Sussex Commissioners are keen to hear your views about access to and experience of receiving the booster vaccination. They are also keen to hear from you if you feel there are barriers or concerns around getting the booster vaccination.

Please take 10-15 minutes to tell them how you feel and you'll have a chance to win one of two £25 Amazon vouchers (details in the last question).

Your answers will help Commissioners to understand any barriers which they will share with health and care providers and decision-makers to inform and improve the vaccination process.
