Have your say about mental health services in Brighton and Hove

We are are working with Brighton and Hove City Council (BHCC) and NHS Brighton & Hove Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to find out what works well and what can be improved.
Your responses will help inform a Mental Health Plan for the City which will include providing the right services for you and others.
All information gathered will be treated confidentially and used to provide data for the project and the prize draw. We may use anonymised quotes in our report when published. Your feedback about services will be shared with the BHCC and CCG, although you will not be personally identified unless you choose to be.
