Union urged to clarify that life preserving care will be maintained during strike action

Following reports that life-saving cancer care could be affected by strike action. Healthwatch England has written to the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) to clarify the issue.

Help protect yourself and others from coronavirus

• Let fresh air in if you meet indoors. Meeting outdoors is safer
• Wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you come into contact with people you don’t normally meet
• Get tested and self-isolate if required
• If you haven’t already, get vaccinated
