Healthwatch in Sussex: challenges facing carers

Are you a carer?
We want to better understand the challenges carers face when accessing health and wellbeing services for their own health, and what support could improve their experience.
Ahead of Carers Week in June, we have designed a short poll to ask carers (only) to share experiences and perceptions from the last 12 months.
A carer is anyone, including children and adults, who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, frailty, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction and cannot cope without their support.
Talk to us
You can make a difference! Let us know what you think via our short poll. It's only six questions long so should take moments to finish, but the feedback you provide will help direct our future research and improve local services.
This survey has been designed to ensure that responses provided are anonymous and cannot be used to identify you.
Please share any personal experiences, or those of a family member, friend, or someone else you know.
