Help shape the future of wheelchair service provision in Sussex

If you're a wheelchair user, carer or parent carer in Sussex, NHS Sussex are asking for your help in developing local services.

Are you a wheelchair user, carer or parent carer in Sussex?

NHS Sussex are putting in place one wheelchair service across Sussex for adults, children and young people. They want to hear from you to make sure the service reflects your priorities.

They would like to talk to you about:

  • What matters most to you for a new wheelchair service;
  • Communication between the service and service user(s) – how and when you would like to be communicated with;
  • Feedback to the service – ensuring the concern and complaints process is simple and easy to access;
  • Service user involvement – how they can work with you to improve the service on an ongoing basis.
