East Brighton Health Hub

Who are they?
Originally started by the East & Central Brighton Primary Care Network, the East Brighton Health Hub has become a joint project with the community and other teams in the city. They are a collection of health workers and community organisations working together.
Their team includes nurses, physios, occupational therapists, pharmacy professionals, social prescribers, mental health workers, health coaches and benefits and housing advisors.
What are they doing?
They believe that everyone deserves good health and easy access to support. That's why they've created the East Brighton Health Hub. It's a welcoming place where you'll find a range of different health services and practitioners all under one roof.
Their goal is to make it simpler for you to get the help, information, and support you need to lead a healthier life. They want to help you prevent illnesses, manage long-term health conditions, and simply feel better overall.
What do they want to achieve
Their main aim is to help East Brighton become a healthier and stronger place for everyone. They want people to get the help they need, when they need it, and to feel better able to look after their own health.
The team is excited to work with you to improve the health and well-being of the community!
