Have you seen a doctor about a skin condition in the last 12 months?

NHS Sussex is looking at the services offered to people with skin conditions. These are called Dermatology Services; some are provided by GPs, some by Community Dermatology Services, and some by hospitals. Dermatology services treat all sorts of skin conditions, including rashes, psoriasis, eczema, moles, and some types of skin cancer.

NHS Sussex would really like to hear about your experience of the services you get in the community. This feedback will help them design better services in the future, that are more tailored to patients’ needs. Please be aware that they're not asking about services provided in hospitals in this survey.

This survey will close on Friday 28th of November.
