Pharmacy services in Sussex
Healthwatch in Sussex (Brighton & Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex) routinely carries out short polls to gather the views of people about local health and social care services.
We now want to hear your experiences of using local pharmacy services, including Pharmacy First, by asking you six questions. This poll is a replica of one previously undertaken by Healthwatch in Sussex (HWiS) in July 2024 so we can better understand any changes or improvements.

Our poll is very short so should only take a few minutes to complete, but the feedback you provide will help direct our future research and improve local services.
By completing our poll, please tell us:
- How you've used pharmacy services in the last 12 months
- What worked well and what didn't
- What changes would help pharmacy services work better for you.
The survey can be completed by a family member, friend, or within your professional network, and the responses will be collated to help us better understand the strengths and challenges within current services.
