After careful consideration and extensive discussion, The Haven Practice is proposing to merge with Beaconsfield Medical Practice at 175 Preston Road and close its current site.

Proposal to close The Haven Practice and merge with Beaconsfield Medical Practice

This application is being made to maintain clinical safety and ensure high-quality care for all patients. Beaconsfield Medical Practice is a modern, well-equipped facility that offers a wider range of NHS services.

If the application is approved and The Haven Practice closes, patients will not need to re-register and will automatically become a patient at Beaconsfield Medical Practice. The Haven Practice staff will also move to work at Beaconsfield.
