Sometimes called ‘snus’, nicotine pouches don't contain tobacco, and are slim, soft packets filled with nicotine, flavouring, and plant-based material placed under the lip that release nicotine.

If you are aged 21 or younger and have ever used a nicotine pouch, please complete Healthwatch East Sussex's (HWES) six question poll and help them understand your experiences.

HWES want to hear:

  • Why you use them;
  • How often you use them;
  • Any effects they have on you.

Your answers are anonymous so they will not ask for your name or identifying features. Please also feel free to share this poll with people you know, like friends or family.

Closing date: 22nd March 2026
