Take part: your thoughts about local health services
Have your say about local health services
Healthwatch Brighton and Hove helps to improve health and social care services, but we can only do this if we understand what people in Sussex think about their resources.
What do you think about your local health and care services?
The purpose of this survey is to hear your views on, and experiences of, health services (including GPs) and what types of health support you care about. With your feedback, we'll be looking at ways in which we can help people to best use services when they need to.
We listen to you and can then influence service providers to make your proposed changes or improvements. Also, importantly, we are completely independent of the NHS and council, so only speak up for the people of Brighton and Hove.
Talk to us
This survey is open to everyone and is inclusive and respectful of diverse identities. We are also in the process of developing an easy read version of the survey; if you would like to learn more about this, please get in touch using the details below.
The survey is composed of 17 questions, with a further eight 'about you' which are optional. The entire survey should take around five to ten minutes to complete.
At the end of the survey, there is an opportunity to enter a prize draw to win one of two £25 High-Street vouchers. Just sign up via the last question.
We would also like to hear more about your views once you have completed the survey. This is completely voluntary and would be a phone or online conversation - more details about this towards the end of the survey.
