At the time of this assessment, 120 people were receiving support with personal care. The service supports adults with a wide range of needs, including people living with dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions. This service was inspected due to the age of their rating, and due to some information of concern CQC had received regarding assessing needs and medicine management.
