Urgent Health Care Services: The Response

In October 2013 Healthwatch Brighton and Hove completed a report on patient experiences of urgent healthcare in the city

The report took people's ideas, opinions and stories and created 52 recommendations over 8 different services.

The 8 different services were:

Pharmacy
GP Surgeries
Brighton Station Health Centre
GP Out of Hours
111 Services
Emergency Dentistry
Accident and Emergency
Children's Accident and Emergency

Then they gave some overall recommendations
