"My experience with Healthwatch has been entirely with the Covid vaccine enquiry line where I started in February 2021

I thoroughly enjoy helping with the queries and over the year and a quarter I have gained a great deal of experience in handling many varied queries.

The team are extremely helpful and supportive and having the chat available means there is always someone who can help if any of us is stuck on a query."
