The Patient Participation Group (PPG) Network Brighton and Hove, would like to invite people to attend an event they are hosting themed around how we support those living with dementia and their carers.
At the event you can learn more about how PPGs and others can work with local services to improve primary care for people living with dementia and their carers. There will be an opportunity to hear from the Chair of the PPG Network, Alzheimer’s Society, Dementia Alliance, Cruise Bereavement Care, Possablity People, Admiral Nurses and other leading service providers in this area.
This event is open to members of the public. The event is free, but please be advised that you will need to book a place if you would like to attend.

PPGs work in partnership with their practices to help patients to take more responsibility for their health and contribute to the continuous improvement of services and quality of care.
