Men in Sussex are invited to attend Age UK WSBH's Men's Meet-up, taking place every first Monday of the month.
The next meet-up is taking place on the 3rd of November and is an opportunity for men aged 50+ to socialise, share their experiences, and improve their wellbeing. This is an inclusive and casual space with volunteers supporting the group, as well as free tea, coffee and soft drinks provided.
Men are welcome to attend and enjoy a social environment.
