Healthwatch Brighton and Hove conducted a review of GP practices between July and September 2015 gathering patient perspectives on the quality of care provided in the city.

The purpose of this report was to look at the following themes: quality of care, access to information, and staff attitudes, in four older people’s wards at Royal Sussex County Hospital.
